Warranty Period
Cofore has wide range of product categories,hence,we provide warranty service as per the specific product item. Basically,at least 12months warranty period from the date of shipment of the goods.
Warranty Condition
For defective goods withn warranty period from the date of shipment.
Regarding the goods beyond the warranty period from the date of shipment.
The defective products will require our dear customers to return to Cofore to check for replacement and repairing confirmation.
Cofore will take the rights of repairing and replacing the defective products with updated components in case of previous products have been upgraded.
In case of the out of warranty period of the products,Cofore reserves the right to rejects to repair the products when there are no spare parts or the products damaged badly completely.
Cofore reserves the rights of changing the product performannce and specification without prior notice.
Warranty Solution
Cofore guarantee to replace any defective products against verified samples withn warranty time due to quality and workmanship issues of products with qualified products.
Cofore will be responsible for repairing any defective products due to quality issues and malfunction even when warranty period expires.
If a product failed due to defects in material quality or workmanship withn the indicated period of lifetime even exceed the warranty time,Cofore will also be responsible for repairing the defective products by requiring the products shipping back to us,but if the prodcut is non-repairable,we will provide an euqual or superior replacement shipping together with next order batch goods.
we can also provide a certain proportion of accessories or finished products for each order goods and previously ship with this order goods together.
Warranty Charge
For defective products that withn warranty period,Cofore will take care of all charge of repairing or replacement including the shipping freight by sea.
We provide superior service but poor profit products,hence,we will still repair and provide new accessories or replacement but will require our dear partners to share the charge of accessories or replacements,the air shipping cost of these parts or replacements will be borne by us.
Cofore will share a part charge of accessories or finished products for previous portion provision. The specific part charge will depends on how we cooperate specifically.
